Blended learning holds tremendous potential for helping students and teachers alike access vital supplemental courses, digital content, and personalized information. Colorado Empowered Learning is working to harness the voices and perspectives of communities across Colorado to expand the use of teacher-led blended learning.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. (Dec. 16, 2015) – The Colorado Department of Education released Dec. 11 the first year results of the Partnership for Assessment of Readiness for College and Career (PARCC) tests. Colorado Digital Board of Cooperative Educational Services leaders interpret the results as the baseline for future tests (CD BOCES).
