Colorado Empowered Learning (CEL) aims to harness the talents and knowledge of Colorado educators to expand equity and access through blended learning in K-12 Education. CEL is supported through funding by the State of Colorado and by participating schools and districts.
The iLearn Collaborative’s (iLC) mission is to expand high quality blended and online learning. Our vision is to offer essential resources to districts and local education agencies. We work in a collaborative environment to promote, implement, and support quality online and blended learning.
